Logistics Policy

Last updated: November 2025

At Panglory, on-time and intact delivery is part of the product. We serve industrial customers who move serious hardware, so our shipping choices, lead-time estimates, and support are designed around real-world constraints.

Shipping Coverage

We currently fulfill to the United States (contiguous 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii by arrangement), Canada and Mexico, the United Kingdom and the European Union, Australia and New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates. If checkout does not display your destination, contact  sales-ec@panglory.com.cn and we will propose a route and carrier option for you.

Methods and Transit Time

Domestic parcels in the United States typically ship by UPS, FedEx or USPS with an average transit of seven to fifteen business days depending on lane density and weather. Remote or island destinations may require extended time windows. International parcels and freight usually travel by DHL Express, UPS Worldwide or contracted freight forwarders with typical arrival in ten to thirty business days, subject to customs processing. Before dispatch we will confirm the service level chosen, the handoff date and a working ETA so your team can plan receiving.

Order Processing

Standard orders enter our queue within one to three business days after payment confirmation. Custom products and bulk builds add production time; most release within seven to twenty business days once specifications and artwork are approved. If material availability or quality checks affect schedule, you will receive a revised ship date the moment we know it.

Heavy-Duty and Oversized Shipments

Ratchet assemblies, recovery gear and steel components do not always fit a carton. When a shipment is oversize, over-weight or carrier-restricted, we arrange LTL or FTL freight with liftgate, appointment delivery or limited-access service as needed. Our team will confirm packaging, pallet count, NMFC where applicable, and any accessorial charges before pickup so there are no surprises at delivery.

Taxes, Duties and Clearance

For cross-border shipments, import VAT, duties and brokerage fees are assessed by the destination authority and are payable by the consignee. If a shipment is refused for unpaid charges and returns to origin, any return freight and processing costs are deducted from an eligible refund. To avoid delays we can provide commercial invoices, packing lists and commodity descriptions aligned to your tariff codes on request.

Tracking and Communication

Tracking details are emailed at handoff and remain the primary source of live status. If a scan event indicates an exception, tell us at  sales-ec@panglory.com.cn and we will open a carrier case and keep you posted until resolution. For freight, we provide the PRO number, carrier contact and delivery appointment window once booked.

Address Issues and Delivery Attempts

Accurate consignee information prevents storage fees and re-delivery charges. If a shipment returns due to an incorrect address, repeated failed attempts or refusal at delivery, reshipment and any carrier fees are chargeable. If you anticipate receiving constraints at site, let us know upfront and we will align the service level accordingly.

Shipping Limitations

Freight and oversize items cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Certain products may face hazmat or air transport restrictions by lane or carrier. If a restriction applies to your order, we will recommend a compliant route before release.

Support

For quotes, routing questions or documentation requests, contact  sales-ec@panglory.com.cn. If your organization requires vendor setup with specific routing guides or EDI, our team will align to your process.
