Trade Terms
Since 1984, Shanghai Pan Glory Industry Co., Ltd. has been manufacturing Cargo Control Products, Truck & Trailer Products, Lifting Slings, and Motorcycle Parts.
Our primary markets encompass Europe, North America, Latin America, and the Middle East.
To meet the evolving demands of customers worldwide, we continuously expand our product range and production capacity, offering customized solutions to meet diverse industrial needs.
Customers are encouraged to review our catalogue and submit inquiries with complete details, including Article Number, OEM Number, Model, Make, and required quantity. Our sales team will provide a prompt and accurate quotation upon receiving a valid inquiry.
The following are the general Terms & Conditions applicable to all quotations, orders, and transactions with Shanghai Pan Glory Industry Co., Ltd.:
1. Terms
All quotations are based on FOB China & Taiwan. CIF prices are available upon request.
2. Payment
A) 50% down payment via T/T upon order confirmation, and the remaining balance must be settled before shipment.
B) Alternatively, 100% irrevocable and sighted L/C in our favor is accepted.
3. Minimum Order
To maintain export efficiency, the minimum order value is US$10,000.
For orders below this amount, a handling fee of US$300 will be applied to cover inland and ocean freight, customs clearance, and banking costs.
4. Delivery
Standard delivery time is 60 days after order confirmation and receipt of down payment, unless otherwise specified.
5. Back Orders
Back orders not fulfilled within 30 days after the initial shipment will be automatically canceled unless prior approval is obtained from the customer.
6. Packaging
Products are typically packed in display boxes or cards with a neutral logo.
Customer-specific packaging and logos are available upon request, subject to minimum order quantities.
